Maitrayee Thosar is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Traditional Yoga, Martial Arts, and Healing Sciences with more than 21 years of experience helping people transform their lives physically, mentally, and spiritually.
With a background in commerce (B.Com) and deep training in traditional wellness practices, she combines yogic wisdom, martial discipline, breathwork, and healing techniques to guide individuals toward holistic well-being.
She is the founder of Warrior Yog Circle, a spiritual and transformational platform that supports individuals on the journey from Shunya (nothingness) to Divyya (divine fullness).
Through her workshops and training programs, she helps people build strength, clarity, inner balance, and self-discipline, enabling them to live healthier and more purposeful lives.
